Personal Training
How Often Should You See a Personal Trainer?
The honest answer is: as often as you can sustain, with a plan for the days in between.

One session a week
Works well when you are confident training alone and want technical coaching plus accountability. Your trainer writes the programme, coaches one session, and you complete the rest independently.
Two sessions a week
The most common choice. Enough contact time to coach technique properly and progress loading, while still leaving room for independent work or rest.
Three or more sessions
Suits clients working towards a specific deadline, returning from a long break, or wanting maximum supervision. It is not necessary for most goals — consistency over months matters more than frequency in any single week.
What matters more than frequency
Turning up regularly for six months at one session a week will beat three sessions a week for three weeks, every time. Choose the frequency you can genuinely commit to, then hold it.
