Personal Trainer in Lower Earley

A lot of Lower Earley enquiries come from people who have been meaning to start for a while — often after a desk-heavy few years. The starting point is a movement and posture conversation, not a punishing first session.

The approach

Built for desk-based bodies

Long hours at a desk change how you move. Sessions can include corrective work drawn from Zara's Level 4 Postural Assessment qualification, integrated into your training rather than bolted on.

Lower Earley personal training FAQs

Where exactly does training take place for Lower Earley clients?

Sessions run at Zara's Reading training venues, and the exact location for your sessions is confirmed with you before you start. Online coaching is available if travelling isn't practical.

How much does personal training cost?

Pricing depends on the type of training, session length and frequency. Zara will confirm exact costs during your free 20-minute consultation, so you know precisely what you're committing to before you start. BoxFit classes are £5 per class.

Do you offer a free consultation?

Yes. Every new client starts with a free 20-minute consultation covering your goals, training history, lifestyle and any challenges, plus an initial conversation about your posture and movement.

Do I need to already be fit?

No. Most clients start because they are not where they want to be. Your programme begins from your current level and progresses from there.

Can training be adapted around an injury or health condition?

Zara holds Level 3 Supporting Clients with Long-Term Conditions, Level 3 Exercise Referral, Level 4 Lower Back Specialist and Level 4 Obesity & Diabetes qualifications. Exercise is adapted appropriately and delivered within guidance from your GP or health professional. Zara does not diagnose, treat or cure medical conditions.
