Personal Trainer in Reading

Reading is home base. Whether you are starting strength training for the first time, rebuilding fitness after a long gap, or you want serious coaching on your technique, training here is one-to-one and built entirely around your goals.

The approach

Coaching for a working town

Most Reading clients are fitting training around demanding jobs and family. Programmes are designed to deliver on one to three focused sessions a week rather than assuming you can live in a gym.

Zara is incredibly knowledgeable and encouraging. She tailors every session to what I need and always makes sure my technique is right. I feel stronger and far more confident than when I started.

Reading personal training FAQs

Where exactly does training take place for Reading clients?

Sessions run at Zara's Reading training venues, and the exact location for your sessions is confirmed with you before you start. Online coaching is available if travelling isn't practical.

How much does personal training cost?

Pricing depends on the type of training, session length and frequency. Zara will confirm exact costs during your free 20-minute consultation, so you know precisely what you're committing to before you start. BoxFit classes are £5 per class.

Do you offer a free consultation?

Yes. Every new client starts with a free 20-minute consultation covering your goals, training history, lifestyle and any challenges, plus an initial conversation about your posture and movement.

Do I need to already be fit?

No. Most clients start because they are not where they want to be. Your programme begins from your current level and progresses from there.

Can training be adapted around an injury or health condition?

Zara holds Level 3 Supporting Clients with Long-Term Conditions, Level 3 Exercise Referral, Level 4 Lower Back Specialist and Level 4 Obesity & Diabetes qualifications. Exercise is adapted appropriately and delivered within guidance from your GP or health professional. Zara does not diagnose, treat or cure medical conditions.
