Good to know
Is a postural assessment a medical diagnosis?
No. It is a movement and posture screen used to inform your exercise programme. Zara does not diagnose, treat or cure medical conditions.
I have lower back discomfort — can you help?
Zara holds a Level 4 Lower Back Specialist qualification and can coach exercise appropriately, working within guidance from your GP or physiotherapist.
