What you get

The difference proper coaching makes

  • A programme written for you

Your plan is built around your goals, training history, availability and any limitations you bring with you.

  • Technique you can trust

Coaching on every rep so you lift well, move well and train with confidence rather than hoping you're doing it right.

  • Real accountability

Sessions in the diary, progress tracked, and honest feedback that keeps you consistent when motivation dips.

  • Progression that lasts

Training load increases as you adapt, so results keep coming instead of stalling after the first few weeks.

Who it's for

Is this right for you?

  • Beginners who want to start properly
  • Anyone returning to training after time away
  • People who feel lost or self-conscious in a gym
  • Busy professionals with limited training time
  • Clients wanting structure, technique and accountability
Zara is incredibly knowledgeable and encouraging. She tailors every session to what I need and always makes sure my technique is right. I feel stronger and far more confident than when I started.

FAQs

Good to know

Do I need to be fit before I start?

No. Sessions start from wherever you are today. Your first sessions establish a baseline and build from there.

How often should I train?

Most clients train one to three times a week with Zara, supported by a plan for the days in between. The right frequency depends on your goals and schedule — this is agreed in your free consultation.

Do I need a gym membership?

It depends on where you train. Venue and membership requirements are confirmed with you before your first session.
