BoxFit in Reading
Pads, footwork, conditioning and a genuinely good sweat. BoxFit is technical enough to keep you learning and demanding enough to build real fitness — and it is one of the best ways to leave a stressful day behind.

What you get
The difference proper coaching makes
Fitness that doesn't feel like cardio
Rounds on the pads build conditioning while you focus on technique rather than a clock.
Coordination and timing
Real boxing fundamentals — stance, guard, footwork and combinations — coached properly.
Stress relief
Few things clear the head like hitting pads well for a few rounds.
All levels welcome
No boxing experience needed. Intensity is scaled to the individual.
