Plan for your worst week, not your best
A four-session plan built for a quiet week collapses the moment work gets busy. Two sessions you can protect in almost any week will outperform it over a year.
Shorter sessions count
A focused 35 minutes covering two or three compound movements is a genuinely productive session. Waiting for a free 90 minutes usually means waiting indefinitely.
Fix the time, not the motivation
Training at the same time on the same days turns it into a routine rather than a daily decision. Booked sessions with a trainer do this automatically.
Never miss twice
Missing one session is normal. The habit only breaks when one becomes three. The single most useful rule is to make sure the next session happens.
